It wasn't in the box so it's not like it fell off not too mention the way it was sealed was NOT factory.

The G923 also comes with dual-clutch software that allows you to control the clutch bite point when launching the car, limiting wheel spin and giving you a quicker start.

Very disappointed and now I fully expect this to probably stop working sooner rather than later seeing as there's no way for me to know what was done to it prior to me purchasing it.

Dialing down FFB in-game can often help tame the knocking in Logitech wheels, although numbing FFB also kind of defeats the purpose of buying a wheel in the first place.
