Kena: Bridge of Spirits review: an uninspired third

Tying all the fun together, the plot lies unintrusively in the composition.

There are a surprising amount of enemy types to quell for a 10 to 12 hour game, many of which demand unique strategies to deal with.

Kena: Bridge of Spirits biggest issues are in its action combat. It’s pretty standard fare, with Kena having initial access to a dodge, spirit shield, and basic and strong melee attacks, with new options such as a bow and bombs unlocked later on in the game. Meanwhile, the Rot get usage in combat for healing and distracting enemies.
