After we checked in, no one was there to greet or serve us, we waited for sometime, then only we got to see the menu.

If you wish to have a double bed you do not have any other options, you can only choose the sea view room which is more pricy than the city view room.

Hopefully there are some changes made by the hotel site if not customers will not be coming back.
