Fullmetal alchemist - Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood

As in the manga, the series follows the adventures of brothers and , who are searching for the so they can regain the bodies they lost in a failed attempt to bring their dead mother back to life.

FMA has a far more intricate and complex plot then shonens like One Piece, Fairy Tail, Naruto or Bleach.

All the performances were fantastic from Vic Mignogna, to Aaron Dismuke, to Dameon Clarke, to Colleen Clinkenbeard.

As far as pacing, plot, and depth of story goes, Full Metal Alchemist does lose out somewhat to Brotherhood, however this is partly due to the fact that Arakawa Hiromu had far more time to produce a story that worked, whereas the writers for the original adaptation only had part of Arakawa's work to play with, and had to make up the rest.

The developers looked at other titles—specifically Square Enix's action role-playing game and other games based on manga series, such as , or games—for inspiration.

FMA reminds me a bit of Harry Potter just in that, in both series, you have 1 child prodigies, 2 engrossing character growth and plot development, and 3 a story that individuals of all ages can appreciate and enjoy.

Like the story, the characters of Fullmetal Alchemist are memorable, well written, and big.
