Mysejahtera cannot check in - Travel requirements by destination


With MySejahtera in the spotlight, experts say scrutiny definitely needed to ensure data properly utilised


Non Thai nationals must have travel health insurance worldwide or including Thailand covering health care and treatment expenses for COVID-19, or any other guarantee with a coverage of no less than USD 10,000 throughout their stay in Thailand as well as the complete documents required by their final destination.

Passengers selected for testing will submit the samples and be allowed to leave the airport.



This is applicable on board and at airport premises.



Exemptions apply in several cases, however, such as for people travelling from safe countries, people who are vaccinated or who have recovered from COVID-19, and people travelling for certain purposes.

You will need to apply to the Ministry of Health for an exemption, along with evidence of why you need one.







If the individual does not take an RTK test, he or she can only be released on Day 7, after testing positive for Covid-19.



Please note the eligibility requirements are subject to change by the Australian federal and state governments.
