Inilah sebabnya mengapa Hamzah Zainuddin bertindak lancang dengan mengakui bahawa suara dalam rakaman audio tular yang menyentuh mengenai campur tangan pelantikan ketua polis negara yang baharu adalah miliknya, tetapi tidak segan silu mengisytiharkan bahawa beliau kononnya tidak melakukan apa-apa kesalahan.
